- Points of one Member's account cannot be combined with those in any other Members' account and shall not be transferable between different Members' accounts.
- Upon submission of the redemption form, the required bonus points will be classified as on hold and would not be available for the redemption of other rewards. Upon approval of the redemption, the bonus points used would then be deducted accordingly. If the bonus points of the Member's account is insufficient for the redemption, such redemptions form will then be automatically cancelled.
- Gifts featured on Rewards' web pages are subject to availability. Time Quest reserves the right to set any quota for, or replace or withdraw any Rewards in its absolute discretion at any time.
- Time Quest shall be under no obligation whatsoever to process a Member's application for the redemption of Rewards if there are insufficient Points reflected in the designated account for the redemption requested.
- Rewards are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash or credit. Time Quest reserves the right to substitute the Member's choice of Rewards with Rewards of equivalent or higher value.
