Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our eCatalogue, select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" where you may verify the details of your order. You will also be prompted for information required for us to fulfil your order.

Payment Options : Payment options include cashier order and cash on delivery. Your order can only be accepted if you are over 18 years of age and the delivery is to an address in Singapore. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Substitute products. We never substitute products and will always deliver the exact model that you have ordered.

Sale contract. This contract to purchase goods on this site is conditional on the product being shipped.

Orders are only delivered to customers in Singapore. Please try and specify an address where the recipient will be present (office, neighbour, etc). Delivery prices include postage, packing and GST.

Delivery Schedule
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday 0900 -- 1800. They do not deliver at weekends or public holidays. If you are not available to receive a delivery, a card is left with contact details. One more drop is attempted at a convenient requested day. If the delivery is again unsuccessful an additional charge is made. Our couriers will not deliver to anyone who is under 18 and proof of age (Identity Card, etc) may be required. We do not deliver to PO box numbers.

All orders are subject to availability. Orders will be re-confirmed by phone or via email.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable for purchases with a local (Singapore) delivery address.

We provide a one year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for servicing in the country of purchase.

Warranty Certificate for Casio Purchases
The warranty certificate is valid only for service in the country of purchase. Should the watch malfunction under normal use, it will be repaired without charge for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If the watch requires service within the warranty period, request repair or adjustment at the store where purchased or the authorised Casio watch distributor stamped in the warranty certificate, presenting the watch together with the warranty certificate. The customer shall not have any claim under the warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if :

1. The trouble is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment.
2. The trouble is caused by a fire or other natural calamity.
3. The trouble is caused by improper repair or adjustment, made by anyone other than the authorised Casio watch distributor or its retailers.
4. The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn.
5. The warranty certificate is not presented when requesting service.
6. The name and address of the authorised distributor or the retailer are not stamped in the warranty certificate.
7. The date of purchase, model name and manufacturing number are not entered in the warranty certificate.

Warranty Certificate for Jacques Farel Purchases
Every Jacques Farel watch is manufactured from quality materials under strict supervision. Buying a Jacques Farel creation is an assurance of the very best workmanship is valid for a period of one year from the day of purchase. The warranty does not include wear or alteration to the case, strap, bracelet and crystal(lens), as well as water damage(unless marked water-resistant). The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Precautions :
When your watch is under water or wet, do not try and set the time, use pushers or bezel. Case and bracelet should be rinsed thoroughly in fresh water after being in salt water.

Customers can request for an exchange if the model and/or colour of the delivered watch is not the same specification as the one ordered. All exchange must be done within three days upon receipt of the watch. The watch to be exchanged must be in the original condition with the packaging and all included documents intact.
